This was my very first order from you and I must admit that I am not sure what I was expecting but when I received my package I was blown away. The packaging was first class all the way from the box that my wife’s earrings were in to the USPS reinforced box that everything came in. I was impressed with the wrapping of the box the earrings were in with a bow and card. This was a very nice touch. Instead of finding a invoice crammed down inside a box somewhere there was another special tiny envelope with my invoice and a couple other little goodies. I would find it hard to believe that I am the first to compliment you on your presentation of your product; however, if I am then I salute you in doing little things that make a big difference. Your product exudes with class and attention to detail. This was certainly not just another pair of horse hair earrings that I received.
